I married my high-school sweet-heart, Justin Leak, who is an elementary school teacher.
I have three beautiful children: Malcolm Ali, Jamal Hassan, and Khadija Eve.
Camille Leak (she/her) has been a DEI Manager at two Fortune 200 enterprises. In this role, Camille helps lead the company's efforts to foster a culture of inclusion by recommending and implementing DEI related programming, including Employee Resource Groups, Mentoring Programs, Communication Strategies and Learning & Development curricula.
Prior to becoming a DEI Manager, Camille spent over ten years providing consumer & marketplace insights, with a focus on helping companies identify ways to remain authentically relevant to an increasingly diverse marketplace.
Additionally, I am the Community Manager of Holistic Life Navigation, a company and community that serves to support people as they release stress and trauma by listening to their bodies. I got into trauma healing, facilitation and community management because I love asking people questions that help them reach that “a-ha!” moment.
Camille earned her B.S. in Business Administration along with a minor in Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She later earned her MBA at UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School with a concentration in Marketing and Strategy.
